Willows Drought Monitors and field personnel will be on patrol around the clock, seven days per week. Fines for water waste are:

• $50 for the second violation
• $100 for the third violation
• Continuted violations may result in suspension of service

A warning will be issued for the first violation. Additional charges, restriction or suspension of service may be imposed for water waste.
